This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the website emilandersenaudio.com (the "Website"). It is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

In short: this Website does not run analytics, does not show advertising, does not set its own cookies, and has no contact form that stores your data on a server. The only ways personal data is involved are described below.

The Website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or profiling, and does not make any automated decisions about you.

3. Fonts and assets

Fonts are served directly from this Website (self-hosted). Unlike a typical Google Fonts integration, your IP address is not shared with Google in order to display the page's typography.

4. Who has access to the data (processors and third parties)

Personal data is not sold and is not shared with any other third parties, except where required by law.

5. How long data is kept

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our relationship, and thereafter only for the periods required to meet legal obligations (for example, tax and commercial record-keeping). Hosting server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.
